Troy Phillips is President of Enid Mack Sales, Inc. with an extensive background in the truck and trailer industry. Other key staff members include Melvin Shebester (Parts Manager), Kenny Howerton (Service Manager), Loyd Kelly (CFO), Dennis Digby (Sales Manager) and Brian Barrett (Fabrication Manager). Combined, the senior staff has over 150 years in the business and each is an expert in his field. In addition to the truck salesman, Enid Mack also utilizes a team of outside or field parts representatives to service customers in Oklahoma, Western Kansas and North Texas. These reps all have years of oilfield experience and provide customers expertise for both Mack truck parts and a variety of oilfield equipment parts ranging from tank / trailer manways to vacuum, centrifugal and gear pumps. The field parts reps compliment the on-site parts department that respond to in-bound (office) calls and manage the parts for EMS service and fabrication businesses.
